How Do I Cook?

I have received the question many times from people back home and here in Rwanda. I am fortunate enough to have a gas stove that I use everyday, but once a week I go old-fashioned and light my imbabura (charcoal stove) to cook beans, bake bread and sometimes bake a treat for myself.
